Rachael Hilliard is an Osteopath and Pilates teacher so has an expert knowledge of how the spine and the core muscles should be worked to improve posture, strength and flexibility without causing injuries or aggravating existing problems.
She runs a group class in Camborne, at the Wesley Methodist Church Hall in Chapel Street, on Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm. The cost is £36 per half term of 6 sessions and classes are suitable for all levels as each exercise has easier and harder versions. Please phone 01209 612197 for more information.
