A flowing, challenging class for people with experience of Pilates.

I am a Level 3 Pilates teacher based in The Lizard, Cornwall. I run group classes in community spaces in Helston, Mullion and Mawnan Smith. I offer matwork classes and seated/standing classes, as well as an online class.
I discovered Pilates when I was doing a stressful office job and discovered the joy of how controlled, flowing movements can build strength, reduce pain, relax and energise. I love sharing my knowledge with my clients to help them move more freely in class and ultimately in their everyday life.
