Pilates is open to all ages and abilities. This particular class will cater for all needs and fitness levels, and utilises small equipment on the mat to add extra resistance and challenge to the movement repertoire. If you are new to the method or have a pre-existing injury or condition, then you may require a 1-1 session to assess suitability for entry to group class.

I am a Level 3 Pilates Teacher, who trained with the Pilates Institute in Westminster. I am also a certified Roncametrics Instructor, which is a brand new wellbeing inchloss programme launched in the UK 2018. I have been a fitness professional for 20 years. Qualifications include a Pilates diploma, which took 5 years to complete to teach me the fundamentals, intermediate and advanced pilates matwork as well and Pilates in a 1-1 setting. I have a special interest in back rehabilitation and posture correction, core and stability ball training. I have my own bespoke studio in Ogwell, Newton Abbot, which I use for private and small groups of no more than 3, as well as classes in the community. I also passed my 60 hour intensive Roncametrics training in 2017, and am launching these courses across Devon now.
