Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving posture, balance, and flexibility. It emphasizes controlled movements and breathing to improve body awareness and reduce the risk of injury. Pilates has been shown to improve flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as alleviate back pain and improve posture.
Both yoga and Pilates can be modified to suit different levels of fitness and health conditions, making them accessible to a wide range of individuals.
Delivered in small group sessions, I also offer 121 sessions for students wishing to work on specific areas.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer with additional CPD to allow me to instruct pre and post natal students, GP referral clients, as well as holding Yoga and Pilates qualifications.
