I run a morning Pilates session every Wednesday at the St Theresa Newman Center in Leeds, at 10.15am to 11.15am.
My Pilates classes are suitable for a range of abilities from beginners to advanced, and men and women of any age are equally welcome. All levels of most exercises can be demonstrated during classes, so no one will feel out of their depth. Practicing Pilates using the Stott method can also help members to recover from injuries such as back, shoulder and to the knee through gentle stretching and movement. All equipment required to undertake all classes is provided for each member at no extra cost.

I'm Ray Burrows, a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor based in Leeds offering sessions approximately one-hour long. The warm-up routine, matwork exercises and warm-down will help tone muscles and improve flexibility.Pilates can also increase feelings of greater relaxation and confidence. I have undertaken Stott Pilates training which enables me to offer posture analysis to all new group members.
