I am a Body Control Pilates qualified Matwork Teacher and have been teaching for seven years. I am always updating my learning with courses and training and still find that each time I teach there is more to understand about the human body and how it works. My classes are small, friendly and I take great care in making sure that it is a class that brings strength, toning, posture and fun to the people in front of me for the hour.
