1-2-1 or 1-2-2 Pilates Sessions

In a 1-2-1 Pilates session I can focus my attention on any specific issues you may have, whether it’s purely for fitness and wellbeing, back problems or other medical conditions. The sessions enable me to learn about you and tailor exercises to meet your needs. I will complete a full postural assessment and discuss any medical issues.
Individuals with significant back problems may benefit from several one-on-one Pilates sessions. Initially, twice-a-week sessions tend to be helpful. After that, weekly Pilates exercise sessions may be enough if the individual practices between sessions.

In some cases I can provide 1-2-2 sessions which will enable you to share an hour long session and cost with another client

In addition to this I am able to analyse your current diet and provide nutritional guidance to help you achieve optimal health and wellness in the body.
