Our Back Care sessions are specially designed for you if you are recovering from an injury or if you are in a rehab phase post surgery or if you have chronic on/off issues with your back.
Come and explore good movement, mobility exercises for your back, gentle strength work. The classes have just 2 people in them. You will be very closely observed and have time to clarify and get used to things.
The Back Care Sessions and are planned, structured and delivered as a 6 week course.
Cost: £108 for 6 week.
Ongoing start dates - every 6 weeks. Please contact us for further information on dates and on joining up or if you have any other queries. The sessions generally run on a Friday morning and a Tuesday evening

I have been qualified for 19 years now and have taught for most of that time too. I'm had a massive journey of discovery about how to use Pilates to help our bodies become more resilient, supple, strong and stay toned and injury free.
