I truly believe that Pilates can compliment your life and any sporting activity that you practice. I have completed my Level 3 Pilates Mat Work training, Body Control Pilates conversion course, Pregnancy Antenatal training and Pilates for bone health which focuses more in depth at conditions such as osteoporosis and osteopenia. I am also a certified back4good practitioner which means I have undergone extensive training exclusively related to low back pain. This training has been externally accredited by Skills Active and REPS.
