I offer small classes to ensure a personalised service is maintained. Suitable for those who are new to Pilates or have been practising pilates for a while as all exercises will be modified/adapted to suit multiple levels. This class will not only reshape your body but it will help to improve strength, flexibility, stability and posture and is a great way to relieve any unwanted stress and tension. Small equipment will sometimes be used to challenge the body in a slightly different way, helping to aid body awareness and to add variety and fun to the class.

I have always had a passion for fitness but didn’t discover Pilates until I was suffering with lower back pain and shoulder tension when I decided to give it a go. Not only did Pilates help to alleviate my back and shoulder condition but I discovered flat abs! I fell in love with Pilates so much so that I decided to leave the Corporate world of IT sales and retrain to teach Pilates.
I am a fully qualified Level III (Advanced) Mat Pilates Instructor with additional specialisms in pre and post natal and common orthopaedic conditions.
In order to further develop my teaching quality and ability, I continue to study and undertake research.
I also work closely with medical professionals so that I can help those who require rehabilitation.
