The Beginners class is for those of you who want to start a new journey into Pilates. No previous experience of Pilates is needed to attend. It is a great class to join if you want to learn about the fundamentals of Pilates, breathing and alignment, and to introduce you to some gentle exercises so is suitable for all ages and levels.
Classes are of small groups keeping the class informal and relaxed and are designed to give you a personalised and balanced all body work out; focusing on strengthening your core muscles, increasing mobility and flexibility; and giving you better posture.
If you wish to try a class please book a 'Taster' session - (one per new client)
Classes can be booked in a block of 6 £50 (valid for 8 weeks)
By booking a block you are able to join the class at the beginning of a term with other students and build your experience and knowledge.
