Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Classes are held at either Curdworth church hall (Tuesday), or curdworth village hall (Thursday). Please feel free to get in touch for more info.

I have worked as a fitness professional for the last 20 years and I’m happy to say – I absolutely love my job!
I initially trained as a dancer before enrolling at college, achieving qualifications in Personal Training, Coaching and Nutrition. I went on to work as a studio and fitness instructor before managing a ladies-only gym specialising in weight loss and fitness improvement. Finally I pursued a career as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor and now work purely on a freelance basis for private clients.
