Karolina is a confident and competent physiotherapist with extensive experience in providing Pilates exercise programs for all-age clients, and also qualified level 3 Personal Trainer.
Karolina currently runs a combination of one-to-one Pilates sessions and group exercise classes.
The classes are aimed at individuals, who are generally fit and healthy, but who wish to get more active and fit, and address silent health issues such as a sedentary lifestyle.
