The course is for a max of 12 people, any age, male of female. It is a mat work class and small equipment is used in most lessons. Classes run as a course so that the group progress together. Sessions work out at £13 but payable at the beginning of the course which runs in term time.
Classes are small, friendly and sociable. We have fun!

Hi, my name is Alison and I am a qualified Body Control Pilates Teacher covering Banstead, Ewell and surrounding areas. I teach mat classes with small equipment. Coming soon, private Reformer classes.

I am a qualified post 16 teacher.
I started my career in exercise and health some years ago when I trained to teach Exercise to Music and Pre and Post Natal exercise with the YMCA. I ran classes in the community, SCOLA and local well known football teams such as Corinthian Casuals and Redhill FC. I am a fully qualified deep tissue and pregnancy massage therapist. (ITEC) I am a mum of 2 grown up boys and have been teaching baby massage and baby yoga to mums in the area for 10 years.
