Pilates classes are led by Physiotherapist with CSP & HPC registration and qualified to teach Pilates. Classes size is limited with no more than 12 in each class. Owing to COVID-19 risk assessment, mats are no longer provided. You will need to bring a mat and a hand towel to each class.
Block bookings are taken for each place with full payment at the start of the course.
It is essential to contact prior to attending a class to complete an enrolment form and check availability.
All exercises are modified from the basic Pilates exercises to provide a suitable level for all levels to exercise safely. Classes are suitable for those with postural problems and can be used in rehabilitation for low back pain along with other conditions. The principles of Pilates can help to improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance and control of movements.
