I have been practicing pilates since the age of 15 to help manage my own scoliosis, and then later in life prevent injury while dancing professionally. I have been a qualified pilates foundation teacher for 4 years, and have worked with a wide variety of people in both group and one to one sessions. I use Pilates as a stable foundation to build exercises around individual needs, allowing you to find your own ideal posture, body awareness and strength.
