These classes have been running for some time now, so participants are quite experienced. That doesn't mean beginners aren't welcome, but I would strongly recommend 1:1 assessment class first.
Monday 6pm class and Tuesday 9.15am are based on traditional mat work.
Monday 7pm and Friday 9.15am also incorporate traditional mat work, but also use large physio balls. The Friday class was started as a "Seniors" class, and work is modified accordingly.

I completed a year long apprenticeship style training in mat work and traditional apparatus (reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel etc) with Andy Adamson at Cool Pilates in Barnt Green in 2006, accredited through OCN via the Oxford School of Pilates (Jane Patterson).
I have continued to teach with (and learn from) Andy since I received my training, and I have always attended a variety of training courses each year, including with Amy Kellow (who trained with Jay Grimes at the world renowned Vintage Pilates) with whom I take 1:1 lessons myself.
I attended a fully classical training course with Kirk James Smith in 2018 and was invited to join Kathi Ross Nash’s Professional Pilates Advanced Teacher Training in Florida which I completed /graduated from in April 2023.
I came to Pilates after long term back pain prevented me from continuing my career as a PE teacher and in 2014 Pilates helped me to get through 8 months of treatment for breast cancer.
I love working with people of all ages, and levels of fitness.
Over the last 10 years, I have attained black belt in Taekwondo, performed with my teenage daughters in aerial circus, returned to skiing, and, most recently, road cycling.
