Small equipment (head cushions, resistance bands, small Pilates balls) are provided.

Note: This class is currently taught by a student Pilates teacher and is charged at 50% of our usual class fee

We teach Matwork and contemporary Pilates classes in Upper Beeding and Small Dole. All of our Pilates classes are on a small group basis to ensure that we can give you the personal attention you need to make your practice safe and effective.
We also offer one-to-one Pilates sessions at your home or other Sussex-based location to suit you.
