This class is the one for you if you have done quite a bit of Pilates previously. Small group tuition as ever. We can only get a maximum of 9 in class which is a massive bonus for you

I have been qualified for 19 years now and have taught for most of that time too. I'm had a massive journey of discovery about how to use Pilates to help our bodies become more resilient, supple, strong and stay toned and injury free.
