Pilates mat and equipment classes & 1-2-1

PIlatestudio.co.uk offers Pilates classes and 1-2-1 sessions designed by a STOTT qualified and APPI trained instructor.

Toning and getting fit is made both fun and challenging by using small equipment and your body weight.

Large equipment lessons (using Reformer, Cadillac, Split Level Chair and Arc Barrel) are available on a 1-2-1 basis.

All levels students welcome!
