Feel free to drop-in Fridays 10am-11am for mat-work Pilates from our qualified instructor.
We are pleased to offer a special introductory offer of £7.50 per session.
Mats are also available for hire at £1 a time.

What used to be a a gym / dance and fitness space is now only for dancing as well as Pilates. With a gorgeous spiral stair case leading to a dance studio holding a reception, changing rooms, and its very own Beauty Salon for all your beautifying needs.
Located in the heart of Caterham Valley, we are on the main street, a 5 minute walk to Caterham Rail Services, and the 407 bus stops right in front of the studio front door.
Best of all, we are 5 minute drive to the M25!
