Rachael Hilliard is an Osteopath and Pilates teacher so has an expert knowledge of how the spine and the core muscles should be worked to improve posture, strength and flexibility without causing injuries or aggravating existing problems.
She runs a group class in Camborne, at the Wesley Methodist Church Hall in Chapel Street, on Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm.
