One to one sessions with a Physiotherapist - ideal for those who are new to Pilates and want to learn the basic technique. Also very effective for those recovering from injuries, back pain and surgery. The sessions can be tailored specifically to your needs/weaknesses, and a home exercise programme is provided for you to work on in between sessions.
Pairs sessions also available - popular with couples and friends.

Matwork classes taught by Physiotherapist Kirsty Jesty (fully certified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute).

Classes are interesting and varied with the use of a wide range of small equipment. This is a controlled approach to Pilates, with an experienced instructor able to modify exercises to suit all abilities.
