Pilates Teacher

I am a fully trained Polestar Pilates Teacher. My beautiful fully equiped home studio with trapeze and reformer is located in Swan Lane in Edenbridge with ample parking and easy access. I also teach small classes at the Eden Centre in Edenbridge.

From rehabilitation to professional sports person Pilates will improve your alignment, strength and flexibility whilst giving you a wonderful sense of wellbeing.
