The classes are of a general level (with adaptations where necessary) and have been running for some 11 years. The classic 34 exercises are followed as the basis of the class and enhanced by other postural exercises which have roots in Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Silat, Chi Kung, Gyrokinesis and Barre Technique.
Small equipment is used for resistance work and Swiss balls for additional core postural exercises.
