Matwork classes are performed on the floor, with small props - Foam roller, Rings, bands, prickle balls, weighted balls, soft balls, hedgehogs.
The instructor will guide you through a series of exercises correcting you when needed
Reformer classes are performed on the machines occasionally work with small props - Foam roller, Rings, bands, prickle balls, weighted balls, soft balls, hedgehogs.
Maximum 6 people per class.
The reformer work on a higher level than may with regards to realigning the body getting quicker results.
Using spring tension to building up strength and flexibility.
The instructor will guide you through a series of exercises correcting you when needed.

Classes are for all abilities and ages.
One to ones and Two to One private lessons also available.
All our instructors are trained and Qualified with Polestar, we've all undertaken 1 to 2 years training and continue to train to keep our qualification uptodate.
We will help you become more mobile and stronger week by week. Are main confuse is not just core strength as this isn't just what Pilates is about, we also teach you how to correct any alignments within the body, performing a sequence of exercises so the body learns to adjust to prevent or help with injuries.
