Monday & Thursday: Pilates
A system of physical gentle exercise, involving controlled movements, stretching and breathing. This class is sufficient for people with low back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacement and anyone who desires to improve body strength & balance. The prominence is on stabilising and strengthening the spine.

My Name is Leisha, I am a experienced qualified personal trainer, Pilates teacher, low back pain specialist and exercise specialist for common medical conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, joint replacement, osteoporosis, hypertension and obesity.
I work with clients on a one-to-one basis and offers a wide range of exercise and fitness programmes to suit all requirements and fitness levels.
With a positive and fun approach, I am completely dedicated to helping you achieve whatever personal fitness goals you may have: from helping with back problems, to increasing general fitness levels or helping improve mobility and mental wellbeing.
