Classes are taught in small groups and are led by a Chartered Physiotherapist ( Trained with the APPI), who will ensure that the exercises are tailored to your individual needs.
One to one sessions are also available.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist who has been qualified since 1987. I specialise in managing musculoskeletal problems and injuries and have found Pilates an excellent programme to help improve posture control, flexibility and core strenghth.
