Pilates Instructor with Physiotherapy Degree
Body Control Pilates trained and APPI ( Australian physiotherapy pilates institute) qualified matowrk instructor with both and reformer qualified.
I teach group matwork classes of about 8-10 people max, aimed at improving posture, good movement, balance and core strengthening.
Modified Pilates suitably challenging for all ages.
