Beginners class focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates.
My classes are fun and energising,we will work posture,stability,back and core improvements,shoulder tension and all round flexibility.

Qualified to teach level 3.
I offer a friendly and personal introduction to Pilates, beginners and men are particularly welcome, c'mon guys don't be shy!
Based around Wimbledon,my classes are popular and I focus on modifications to suit all abilities, in the evenings and daytime.
One to one lessons are also catered for if you prefer.
Class size is 12 participants on average,
My course duration is 4- 6 weeks.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
I've learnt Pilates for many years, now I enjoy teaching this fantastic exercise,I love its adaptability to suit many different people.
I've enjoyed a variety of sport for many years such as 3 Marathons, including London & Dublin, numerous Half marathons, long distance Triathlons and many cycling events.
I also enjoy ballroom dancing, singing and cooking.
Finally, I believe exercise should be available for everyone and my classes are light hearted and fun, everyone is welcome.
