This is a gentle pilates class which is chair based and standing. We aim to mobilise your joints, release your back, improve balance and strength, so you are able to take every day tasks in your stride.
This class is suitable for anyone with conditions such as osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, hip or knee replacements, shoulder problems, simple mechanical back pain, or for those who do not want to work on the floor.
This class runs in term time only.
