A small friendly class aimed at people who have done a fair bit of Pilates before - at least 15 classes or so, but we can adapt exercises if you have an injury or weakness.
Classes are £9 each and cheaper with a pre pay card: £40 for 5 sessions. Plus, your first pre pay card is on offer at just £30 for 5 classes!
Please bring your own mat and head pad /cushion. We do use small equipment such as spiky massage balls, and exercise bands/therabands in this class. I can lend you anything you need at first. For now just make a start!

I have been qualified for 19 years now and have taught for most of that time too. I'm had a massive journey of discovery about how to use Pilates to help our bodies become more resilient, supple, strong and stay toned and injury free.
