We've created a brand new class especially for men and only for men! It is still Pilates, but with a few changes and tweaks. Lots of focus on flexibility and working on tight hips and stiff backs. Tips on improving sports performance and gym workouts.

I have been qualified for 19 years now and have taught for most of that time too. I'm had a massive journey of discovery about how to use Pilates to help our bodies become more resilient, supple, strong and stay toned and injury free.
