Live streamed mixed level Pilates via Zoom.
This flowing mat class is designed to rebalance your whole body and get you moving in a safe and effective way. I use the fundamentals of Pilates and restorative movements to help you to build bone and muscle strength, to increase your mobility, improve your alignment and balance and release tension.
The class is suitable for everyone, including beginners, new mums or anyone with issues or injuries. It is suitable for those who needs extra care with their back, pelvis, or other joints. Modifications and progressions are offered so you can work at your own pace. If you are in great health, you will be given lots of opportunities to progress and evolve. If you have got a few challenging areas and/or injuries, you will be supported to find modifications and adaptions so that you can move with ease despite any limitations. The class will end with focus on breath and relaxation.

I trained as a Pilates Instructor in 2010 and qualified with a CYQ Level 3 Pilates Matwork Diploma with the Pilates Institute. I completed my Level 3 Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes with JPilates and Active IQ in 2012 and Teaching Pilates to Children qualification in 2020.
I teach my own matwork, small equipment classes in Woking and Guildford as well as Pre and Post Natal and Restorative Flow classes in Woking. I also teach via Zoom in my online studio.
